Welcome to The Human Ecology Department! A growing and dynamic department with outstanding faculty, talented students, modern facilities and equipment. Our department focuses on preparing students to be successful in careers that deal with fashion, families, nutrition, and food. We offer programs in Apparel and Textiles (Fashion), Child and Family Studies, Dietetics, Food Service and Restaurant Administration, and General Human Ecology (dual major in Family Consumer Science Education).
