The Division of Finance & Administration

The Division of Finance and Administration at the College is headed by Vice President
for Finance and Administration, Leif S. Hartmark. The division is responsible for the administrative functions of the College including financial management, business affairs, employee services, technology, and facilities and safety. In addition, the division is responsible for Research Foundation Operations, auxiliary services via OAS, the financial management for the College Foundation and Alumni Association, and the SICAS Center, a SUNY-wide information systems support center located on the Oneonta campus.
