Current Projects

Town of Maryland Resident Survey     Assisting the Town of Maryland to update its comprehensive plan by designing a survey and methodology to assess resident opinions on a variety of issues facing the town.   
Otsego County Construction Activity Study     Working with a SUNY College at Oneonta student intern, the CECD is updating a report of construction activity within Otsego County - using building permits as a proxy - for the years 2003-2007.   
Housing Group Facilitation     Meeting facilitation for an ad-hoc multi-agency group originally called together by a former county representative to advise on potential housing policies and projects.   
Economic Development Seminars     The CECD occassionally provides a series of seminars to provide information about the area economy and jobs.
