image of Mark RiceJeanne Keahon, LMSW has a Master's degree in social work from SUNY Albany and is a licensed social worker. She has worked in a variety of mental health, substance abuse, and hospital based settings. She joined the Counseling Center in 1997. Her clinical interests include family systems theory, women's issues and working with international students. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and outdoor activities such as hiking and fossil collecting. She makes the best of our upstate winters by cross country skiing and skijoring with her Siberian Huskies.

Amy Clarvoe Ph.D. has a doctoral degree in counseling psychology from the University at Buffalo. She has worked in a variety of higher education and community mental health settings before joining the staff in 2008. Her professional interests include depression and anxiety, sleep issues, relationship problems, and group work. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs. She loves hiking, biking, and just being outdoors.

J. Stephen Byrne, M.A. (Steve) earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston College and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Marywood University. As a doctoral psychology intern, he is working full-time at the Counseling Center and completing requirements for a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in Clinical Psychology at Marywood University, Scranton, PA. Prior to joining the staff in 2008, he taught undergraduate psychology courses at Marywood University. Steve has worked with adults, adolescents, families and children in a variety of settings in New York and Pennsylvania. His professional interests include depression, anxiety and stress management, relationship problems and personality. In his free time, Steve enjoys movies, cooking, watching Lost, video games and computers.Click here to email Steve Byrne
Colleen Neumann is a predoctoral intern and a doctoral candidate at the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. She earned her BA in Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook in 2002 and her MSW from Stony Brook in 2004. Colleen earned her MA in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University in 2006. Colleen has worked in hospital, community, and higher education settings serving clients with a variety of needs. She strives to create a safe environment for self-exploration and expression, and is highly energized by her work with students. Colleen's areas of interest include eating and body image concerns, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and diversity issues. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and just relaxing.
