Hi! My name is Jackie Polge, and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner.  I have been working at the Health and Wellness Center for 15 years. If you have a health-related question, just click on Ask a Provider or my name, and e-mail your question to me. I will give you a personal answer. If I don't know the answer, I will consult with the other Health Care Providers here at the Health and Wellness Center. The Health and Wellness Center has seven Health Care Providers, including a Medical Doctor and Nurse Practitioners specializing in women's health and mental health. My e-mail response time will be one to three business days. If you have a question of a sensitive nature, or an urgent question that can not wait for an e-mail reply, or would rather speak to me in person for any reason, my phone number is (607) 436-2073.
