Luke put his education to work right after graduation. He is currently the Beverage & Hospitality Manager for Red Lobster restaurants in Danbury, CT. He says that the rigorous coursework and constant challenging from his professors gave him a great foundation for his career.
MOST INFLUENTIAL CLASS:
Luke identifies Cost Control and Service Management as the class that most influenced him. “This was one of the most challenging courses I took, and it involved all of the facets of starting and maintaining an effective food service operation.”
