Cooperstown Baseball World - CBWWeek-long National tournament baseball tournament hosting teams both from around the country as well as abroad. Open to participants 11-15 yrs. old, who come as a team. Each week a new group arrives for their tournament.

It is a student leadership organization under the advisorship of Family and Consumer Science teachers. We are sponsored by the Human Ecology Department (training of FCS teachers). Headwaters Soccer ClubThe Headwaters Soccer Club is non-profit service organization that operates seven consecutive day camps, with two being on the campus of SUNY Oneonta. The camps run daily from 9:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday for boys and girls ages 7-17. Because of the continued support from area businesses, foundations and private donations each session is $60.00 with own ball or $75.00 and a ball will be provided. The two camps at SUNY Oneonta will be held July 23-27 and August 6-10.

New York State Music Festival - NYSMFThe New York Summer Music Festival (http://www.nysmf.org) is an advanced level music camp for young musicians ages 10-25, running for six weeks (June 24 - August 4, 2007) in three sessions of two weeks each. Up to 400 students from around the world meet daily in NYSMF's 50 ensembles and classes, and perform over 30 professional level concerts every summer. Performances are held in Goodrich Theatre, Hamblin Theatre, and the outdoor Amphitheatre in the Fine Arts Building. NYSMF's professional music faculty are drawn from the top musical institutions in the world, including the Curtis Institute of Music, the Juilliard School, the Manhattan School of Music, and the New York Pops Orchestra; additionally, NYSMF's Visiting Artist program includes internationally renowned artists from the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra, the Philadelphia Orchestra, the New York Philharmonic Orchestra, and many more.

June 27-30, PSi’s fourth annual Poetry Cross Training Conference is three full days of intensive workshops and evenings of fun presented by some of the top professionals in the poetry performance field. The conference capitalizes on a small group aesthetic as well as a highly effective mentoring program providing individual attention and instruction for the attendee. Work with, Alix Olsen, Michael Salinger, Big Poppa E, Michael Brown, Scott Woods, Susan B.A. Somers-Willet, and Ray McNiece and others to hone your writing and or performance skills. All skill levels are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity presented on campus of the SUNY College at Oneonta. Tuition includes room and board and is very modestly priced when compared to other institutes of similar quality.

The Summer Leadership Conference is a one week program held on campus from July 15-20th for high school students from migrant farmworker families. Students stay at Morris Conference Center where they attend classes and seminars. They go on educational and recreational field trips and learn about careers, college, and financial aid.

Oneonta State Women's Volleyball CampOneonta State Volleyball will host a girls' general skills overnight/commuter camp. Camp counselors are the Oneonta State Women's Volleyball team. Designed to develop and fine tune the correct fundamentals of setting, passing, serving, hitting, and defensive play. Through competitive games and exercises, along with one-on-one instruction from the counselors, we hope that each camper will walk away instilled with a new love for the game.
Ages: 6th grade - 12th grades, ages 10 - 18
24-hour adult supervision provided by the Oneonta State Women's Volleyball team, as well as an on-site certified athletic trainer, and 24-hour campus security.
Cost: Resident- $350
Commuter- $225
*Groups of 6 or more from the same High School may deduct $10 from the full price of the camp for each applicant.
**Early Application Discount: A $50 deposit is required with this application. You may deduct $10 from the full price of the camp if your application and full payment are received on or before May 20, 2007.
All registrations made after May 20, 2007 require payment in full at the time of registration
