Web Development

The Web Development Office is the home of a team that maintains and developing the College's website.  Although we are using a distributed-author model to operate our site, the Development Office keeps very busy with projects with campus-wide application.

The office is staffed by Jennifer Knapp and Tracy Olmstead, and benefits greatly from student help. Our primary mission is to keep the College website fresh and connected to its principal audience: the prospective and current student.

The Web Development Office provides access to many technologies for the web developer:

We also maintain a set of resources, including an Image Gallery and a guide to webpage accessibility.  To learn more about the organization of the college website and who is responsible for editing what pages, see the Website Directory Structure page.

We can and frequently do help offices create or update a site, and then turn the day-to-day maintenance of that site over to that office. Anyone interested in getting help from the Web Development Office can call 436-3031 or email us.
